Reminds me of the A. Dixons a bit.

The Gates is a skate ready shoe that features a nice herringbone traction pattern on the outsole. As you will see in the last picture, the Gates also features a very nice thick and comfy looking ankle area.

Converse x Woolrich: Chuck Taylor

Winter time flav…

In an interesting collaboration Converse gets together with Woolrich, the heritage brand. The collaboration collection consists of overall 4 sneakers. The Chuck Taylor All Star comes in both low and high versions with plaid uppers and waxed black laces, white leather branding. The Poor Man Pro Team and the Weapon 86 come in corduroy versions. All four look good, even though we lean more towards the Chuck Taylors.

Now now I know what your thinking. these are super fresh. this album is a classic. everyone is so worried about being gay. relax homeboy…wear what you want. if your not gay it should not matter.

Taking inspiration from Pink Floyd’s iconic “The Dark Side of the Moon” album cover, Converse works up another Chuck Taylor rendition from their Classic Rock Series. The kicks feature an awesome black tonal colorway offset by a rainbow print wrapping around the heel and white accented print on the midsoles. Along with this makeup, Converse has worked up a Chuck Taylor low and Jack Purcell from “The Dark Side of the Moon” alongside an “Animals” and “Wish You Were Here” Chuck Taylor High. Stay tuned for a further look into the entire collection.
