Got this a while back. I’m not too fond of Louis luggage, but decided to get a hot stamped leather luggage tag. Why you ask? I already own a Filson. Plus the only leather on a Louis bag are the handles and the tag. Soooo why not just get the custom tag??!!! Hit more to see it.

Tell Stoute to holla at me mane. (Young Hov voice) In my younger days, late teenage years to be exact. I’d always stare into Steve Stoute then office at World Wide Plaza. He was always ahead of the curve. He got out the game and created a lane. Connecting the disconnect. It was always mind boggling to me how he managed Nas and remained such close friends with Jay-Z. Obliviously I get it now. Stoute definitely knows how to connect the dots. Respect.
“Eh yo, how can I move the crowd?
First of all, ain’t no mistakes allowed
Here’s the instructions, put it together
It’s simple ain’t it? Well, quite clever”

The Standard‘s series of artist editions continues with Brooklyn-based artist, KAWS. Â This is a limited, but non-numbered edition of 1,000 sets that contain 3 bulbs each, of one bulb in each color: red, purple and green.
The 3 watt bulbs have a warm low glow.  Dimensions of each globe is about 4.75″ x 2.25″ and they screw into any standard incandescent fixture.  We love how they look on a light string using multiple sets.  The bulbs are individually boxed with a KAWS and The Standard sticker and then wrapped again in an outer box that holds all three, also co-branded.

I might of dreamed this collaboration into existence.
Filson presented at Bread & Butter some beautiful upcoming Navajo wool lined colorful parkas from their Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. It looks like Pendleton supplied the fabrics of the lining. The contrast of the outer and inner lining came out great and will make for a nice stand-out piece next season.
