In an effort to decrease counterfeits, the US government has designed a new 100 Dollar Bill. The new 100 dollar bill has new counterfeit money detection measures, the first one is a blue 3D security ribbon in the front face of the note that will change as you move the new 100 bill. The second counterfeit money detection indicator is a bell in an inkwell that changes color from copper to green when tilted.
